An Initiative by the Upper Norwood Library Hub working in partnership with local artists, and funded by Arts Council England. They are looking to commission a diversity of local artists with exciting and high-quality content for live-streaming and where possible in the library hub when it re-opens.
A range of activities are planned, including research into the impact of Covid-19 on our community, particularly arts and cultural provision and capture diverse voices through an ‘Audio Time Capsule’ which will help in building a Library or Archive of Voices.
Contributions are sought to the research and/or the Library of Voices initiative. Complete the short Community Survey to get involved.
