Every Monday 10:30am-12:30pm

A social group drop in for people with dementia and for their carers, every Monday morning. The club is free to attend with no need to book. Refreshments, fun, companionship and support will be provided.

Every Wednesday 12:30-1:30pm.  

A free local walk from the West Norwood Health & Leisure Centre; part of England’s largest network of health walk schemes - helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle.

Our group walks are led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support, and make sure no one gets left behind. Our walks are short and over easy terrain, and are open to everyone but are especially aimed at those who are least active.
