Join us for a final Wild Norwood festive event in the cemetery with stalls hosting all kinds of activities with something for all ages to enjoy, along with Morris Dancing from the Tatterjack Morris and carol singing - all lit with fairy lights. This event is run in partnership with our good friends South London Botanical Institute. They cannot run their usual 'Glowing Garden', so in collaboration with West Norwood Cemetery National Lottery Fund project we are running a 'Glowing Cemetery' instead! All the activities are FREE - just drop-in for some festive fun - you cant miss us for all the fairy lights just inside on the cemetery forecourt.

As the finale event to the Wild Norwood FREE community festival this year, this extra special festive event will begin with a magical lantern lit walk through the cemetery (make your own lanterns at our Glowing Cemetery fair earlier the same afternoon or bring your own), followed by winter tales by candle light in the chapel, then (weather permitting) star gazing through telescopes outside, before everyone is guided back to the cemetery gates.

This extra special guided walk will explore the cultural and mythological beliefs surrounding the magnificent trees in our cemetery.

You are warmly invited to the Community Carol Service with St. Luke's Primary School Choir. Mulled wine and mince pies to follow.

Streatham Common Co-operative’s popular Christmas Market at The Rookery is back, bigger and better than ever!

If you like a Christmas carol or three come to All Saints, West Dulwich, near the junction of Rosendale Road and the South Circular, on Saturday for carols, mince pies and mulled wine.

Come and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the Feast Christmas Market! Handmade gifts, music and much more both outside and inside the West Norwood Library and Picturehouse.

Join West Norwood's best known birder, Lev Parikian, for a special seasonal bird watching session in the cemetery.
